Is this a deal in conjunction with the club? If so, why isn’t it being celebrated on SM by the club?
And this has been raised before, why are season ticket holders losing out again? The answer is, of course, that this has nothing to do with the club but more a promotion for Jack FM. It still makes me cross that it takes a local radio to promote a game when the club have all the existing data base to work with. You want a 10K crowd? Get off your backsides and do something about it. What do we have a marketing department for?

Eastwood
Golding Long Findlay Brown
Mcguane Brannagan
Goodrham Browne Fleming
Joseph

The defense has definitely tightened up. But we still can't score so the best we can hope for is a 0-0 draw.

Defence has been solid for ages only being beaten by like 1-0 our midfield and forwards are a joke

Any chance of Bodin, Henry or Baldock being available for Saturday's squad?
Hopefully Bodin will be available soon, his progress has been kept pretty quiet. TBH I would be surprised to see the other two in an Oxford shirt again.

Cometh the hour Cometh the team .Come on Liam shoot shoot shoot show them pictures of a goal and tell them where it is. 2-0 Saturday let's get points on the board.

In my opinion we need push Brannagan up the pitch a little to create more.
We are definitely lacking someone who can open up a defence with a decent through ball for Joseph and the wide players, or have a decent effort from distance. Too often the ball is going up to Joseph with his back to goal, or the wide players are receiving the ball too deep.

I would go with the following:
Eastwood
Long Negru Findlay Brown
Mcguane Smith
Murphy. Brannagan. Brown
Joseph

If we’re gonna play Murphy we need to pass him the bloody ball! Agree on Brannagan, he’s a finisher, I wonder if we could do with a game of dropping Joseph to the bench, bringing him on if it’s obvious he’s needed.

The fact Smyth hasn't been picked in a defensive midfield role by LM indicates he is a tryer but not reliable enough to be the Gorrin like player we need.
As we all know the cupboard is bare

We managed to get 4 draws, played with a lot more steel and determination and with a settled team. But people still want to change structure and personnel. Thank god LM doesn't listen to this forum. Keep another clean sheet and nick a goal

We also haven’t won for 14 games and we are in a relegation battle, have only scored one goal from open play in the last 4 games as well.

Maybe we don’t need to change the team but we do need to be better going forward, however we achieve that, because we are not going to draw our way to safety.

Also, call me mental here, I would actually like to see us win a game at some point, greedy as that is after nearly 3 months without achieving it.
