We was terrible today, how bad was findlay!!!!! The coaching staff behind me couldnt stop slagging him off, we are a very poor team and going down im afraid

I think Manning is absolutely getting off lightly when some suggest that, in effect, he can lose every remaining game and not be accountable for it.

Whilst there are massive, massive flaws in our squad, we also felt that the KR was failing to get the best out of what he did have. Ambling along at less than a point a game is hardly acceptable in that context.

Add to this the fact that I absolutely refuse to believe that Manning interviewed and said "what can I do - this lot are s**t and you can't blame me for what happens, lets focus on next year". Even our Board won't have appointed someone who didn't have cast iron confidence in their own ability to deliver safety this year.

He's nowhere near the main culprit, even amongst those who are still at the club, but we have got to see improvements in the time left.
I agree. Aston Villa won what, 2 in 14 under Steven Gerrard and looked a shambles, relegation candidates. Unai Emery has taken over and they’re winning almost every game and could make the Champions League, and he has done it with exactly the same players who couldn’t buy a win under Gerrard.

Good managers can turn squads around.

In the second half we played like are last season self keeping the ball on the floor and I thought we played really well second half

63% and 14 attempts in one half if we play like we played second half we will stay up
Not if we don't start scoring goals, simple as that.

Red every day of the week, by several metrics.
Shocking decision.
Exactly. If that wasn't a red under the current rules then the rules need changing. The keeper went headlong for the man, no intention to play the ball. Just plain cheating and preventing a goalscoring opportunity. Sometimes the rules make .e disillusioned with football it's getting ridiculous!!

We can't score goals!! Whats the point in having all the possession, its time to stop blowing smoke up the players ass and tell them none of them however good they think they are` are good enough! Im fed up of hearing weve got quality in the dressing room.... We havent thats the bottom line, name me one player who is good in that squad that you are proud to watch, even brannigan, where hes playing hes wasted brings nothing to the team

Personally I think Manning has tried everything, he can do no more.
The owners trusted Robinson which is admirable but in this instance totally misplaced.
What a f*****g disaster this is.
Change formation, stop playing four centre backs across the backline meaning our build up play is glacial, drop Murphy, give Tyler Smith a game seeing as he might be the one of the only players who could be deemed a goalscorer? Plenty that could be done.

He'd be a fair way down the blame list if we go down with the board and KR taking the top two positions and the vast majority of it but we were well outside the relegation zone when he took over with almost a quarter of the season left, it wasn't a completely hopeless task regardless of the mess he was left.

Hasn’t he literally only played one formation and not given O’Donkor, Smith or Goodrham starts?

Play three at the back, get some attacking wingbacks in and try Wildschut as a central striker (or Browne wide left) before saying you’ve tried ‘everything’

Murphy should never wear a yellow shirt again, Findlay only goes backwards while passing.

The rest are trying hard, Tyler is a smile on out faces, Gatlin tries hard.

At times, hopeless.

We won't as we can't score. Should have at least scored 2 but probably 3 would have been right.

Yes us fans have all been sold a pup this season. The board have taken us for granted and ambition to be a top 30 club is just a pipe dream at the moment!!
Just can't wait how they are going to promote the season tickets for next season now that will be a laugh and a total f**k up

He has started odonkor hasnt he and tbh hes not the answer he coulndt hit a barn door, not saying its his fault but he has started him.... Unless he can pull some attacking wingbacks out of ass i dont know where hes getting them from, And play wildschut up as the central striker, are you being serious? The blokes like the tin man, im not sure if im being swooshed here

Wildschut did alright as an emergency 9 and scored Vs Ipswich I think (but could very well be wrong for the opposition). No worse than other supposedly actual strikers this season.

The concern with most posters about Anderson and Fleming is that they can be iffy defensively (so is Long though). They're absolutely natural attacking wingbacks already in the building.

I was replying to previous post from someone else about attacking wingbacks, but i agree i see anderson as a gino van kessel but a rb lol headless chicken, on another note i genuinley cant see us winning another game this season we are so bad, whatever formation or personal he plays

The problem we're now going to face is that we need wins, draws will simply not be enough, there are too many teams picking up points around us.

Against certain teams, we need to be throwing caution to the wind a little more often, Port Vale being the most obvious recent example.

Moore was my MoTM today; immense display. Joseph tried bloody hard to create something as did McGuane. Apart from that, we created plenty of chances but lacked any composure, simple as that. We need a lucky break soon and three points or we’re done.

Yes you’re right on O’Donkor, but I disagree with your other points.

Regarding wingbacks, he’s had Fleming since day one and Murphy, Goodrham, Long or Joseph could all play right wingback. Anderson is now back and fit enough to play so he could start there on Saturday after another run out as sub against Portsmouth.

Wildschut had one of his only good games that I’ve seen as a striker against Ipswich, and he’s been repeatedly played as a winger by Manning so he clearly thinks he can run - you need less mobility if anything as a target man, he can at least use his strength and hold the ball up
