Well he's only going to be doing one job now, so rather than a few hours a week possibly working remotely, when he can fit them in, he'll now be working full time on site.

And he's now full-time with us, rather than serving a notice period at Arsenal and doing bits on the side for us.

It's almost like Buckingham wasn't properly supported when he first walked through the door here.

But it doesn't matter now. I'm too excited about the number of match day activations on Saturday to care now.
