Errrrr......if they're identical (and I assume they must be, or Dinamo are really, really gullible), what exactly do they think they'll learn from a standard DNA test?

Maybe if you had both brothers, and did a full genome sequencing, you could find enough mutations to tell them apart. But I think just making him show you his driver's license would be simpler!
