It’s been a while.

Just wanted to wish you all a great day and hopefully the result you want. I still think back to that mad playoff spreadsheet a couple of seasons back.

No doubt the Championship is a step up mainly in terms of depth of squad and physicality of players. That said we didn’t look out of place until Schuey took the pottery shilling and you have a coach a few won our site mentioned as a potential successor. Don’t worry. I think we are going a different way!

So go well and hopefully we you next season

Your old green friend

I gave up at 04:30 :D
I finally got to sleep some time after 4, woke at 7.

2010 shirt on (and a few other articles of clothing), going with friends on the Aziz coach.

I've seen us five times at Wembley...3-0 in 86, 3-1 in 2010, so 3-2 it is today (JPT finals don't count, and nor does the Covid one).

COYYs.....we can do this!

Also true but you get a whole pre-season to prepare rather than a week and a half.

Des and Moore have been discussing it:

Dilla was correcting me about it being introduced full time in the Championship next season - that doesn't seem to be the case.

EDIT: Never mind, this thread is moving too quickly for me!

Spare ticket. Anyone can have it (cost £40, will obv accept far less ). Would rather it goes to a fan than empty. DM me. Can email it or meet at stadium.

Got my daughter’s swimming lesson in a bit, then four of us will be London-bound.

Trying to tell myself to not be nervous. To enjoy the day. That we’re underdogs. That it’s been a successful season and we have lots to look forward to regardless of the result. Not sure it’s helping. I still feel sick! 🤣

Enjoy the day Yellows! 💛💙

2 tickets behind the goal block 132 (beside each other) lower tier £50 for the pair. Will have them on me. Message if interested.

I expect us to lose, but not in an ‘urgh, we’re so rubbish’ way, more in a ‘trying not to get too excited’ way.

They are a superb football team and we are the under-dogs. We finished well behind them in the league.

That said, we were under-dogs for the Peterborough games, and under-dogs to get in the play-offs on the final day against Exeter.

We’ve got lots of recent experience of coming through these massive tests. Have Bolton?

Plus ten days to prepare, a just about fully fit squad, 30k to support them at Wembley…

Expecting and dreaming are so very different, aren’t they?!

COYY

EDIT: Of course I’m excited. So excited! What I mean is I want to avoid the bitter disappointment of potential loss, so am preparing for the worst while hoping for the best 💪
