I was able to progress three adults/one child to the payment phase before getting "timed out" but had I been successful, the "restriction information" intimates that one of the adults would have been denied entry.
The message seems a default. When I selected seats in the family area, the restrictions about 2 adults per child/max three children per adult were shown (although it didn't stop me buying 3 adult & 1 child tickets).
